If you need to install a septic tank because you’re planning to buy or build a property in a rural area or in any area that isn’t connected to the main sewage network, do it without worrying about it.

Septic tank maintenance is necessary every three or five years depending on the condition and size of your tank. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about it for over a year unless your septic tank is having problems, which you will be able to notice right away.
